Cummins Inc. is offering a Service Business Processes Development Opportunity in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

Track RRT Service Requests in Siebel Tracking system.
Address and assist service event issues as per service procedures for parts, technical, and general escalation / support.
Document any identified service network gaps and report to distributor management and appropriate responsible stakeholder.
Adhere to corporate policies and processes and service processes relating to Travel, Health and Security for traveling technicians and local and supporting distributor locations.
Consistent use of General RRT Process and Timing and Global Security Process.
Effective contribute to the management of the repair costs via warranty, policy, campaign, TRP, ATC, and TSR approval / filing processes as appropriate and determine if the distributor should invoice the customer.
Provide regular reports and repair updates to customers, account teams, and stakeholders.
Updates WWSPS data bases.
Quick serve process project involvement and participation.
Provide warranty support to distributors across Africa.
Assists in the collection, consolidation and interpretation of data required to support Service processes and tools.
Gathers, analyzes, and documents current business practices and needs to identify efficiencies, alternatives, and gaps.
Monitors critical data, synthesize trends and communicate improvement opportunities to leadership.
Prepares reports, evaluations, and other research to support business needs
Serves as a contact with external providers and internal stakeholders.
Develops timelines and metrics to meet key deliverables
Assists in the preparation of the testing strategy and testing execution plan.
REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Ability to learn, analyze, and understand business and technical processes.
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, presentation) to all levels of the organization.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Effective team work and multi-tasking skills.
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Business/ Commerce.
