There are significant opportunities for a graduate to learn in detail several supply chain operational functions, as well as help in identifying continuous improvement projects. Also, mitigation of risks through testing of processes and controls.

  • Gather and interpret relevant data

  • Provide analytical support, Investigate problems, find root causes, and develop solutions

  • Engage with stakeholder to establish KPI to identify areas for improvement to systematically drive change in supply base to increase value and profitability

  • Develop periodic performance reports and distribute them to stakeholders

  • Provide analytical support for projects, new business opportunities, and proposals

  • Act as liaison between all departments, internally and externally

  • Establish, communicate and enforce key deadlines and timeline

  • Engage in cross departmental communication to align SC to BU segments

  • Assist with development of performance scorecards, tracking, and reporting.

  • To serve as a resource on projects and work assignments; employs basic knowledge of effective project management and general business understanding.

  • Support project development and timelines to ensure departmental goals and customer needs are met

  • Identifies, tracks, and works with others to resolve project issues.

  • Monitors and communicates project status to project team.

  • Documents and shares team learnings with other teams; draws on other experiences to enhance the success of the project.

  • Maintains project notes, databases, and other records; monitors measures and communicates with Project Manager on status of specific projects and assignments.



  • Ability to influence and guide people.

  • Strong systems and process thinker.

  • High analytical acumen for data analysis and report writing .

  • Have Advanced Excel, presentation and analytical skills .

  • Adaptable to change – change management .

  • Cross-Functional Knowledge - Understands the basic high-level tasks for each functional area on a project.

  • Process improvement.

  • Project Management.


  • College, university, or equivalent degree in Logistic or Industrial Engineering.

  • Experience in Supply Chain will be an added advantage.

  • Operational experience.
