Providecapable tools, processes and policies that support the selection and ongoingdevelopment of our workforce.
Responsible for theexecution of assigned projects which contribute to new and ongoing initiativeswithin one of many Human Resources sub-functional areas
Support Human Resourcesactivities for particular site, organizational group, business unit or regionin areas such as: employee and labor relations, training, employment law,staffing, human resources, business process and policy execution, compensationand benefits, management and development of talent, analytical research andbenchmarking

CumminsInternship program criteria :
Must be a full-time enrolled studentpursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
Must be able to complete a minimum of 10weeks or a maximum of 12 week commitment
Mustbe able to complete 40 hours per week
Willingness to learn from others on thejob
CumminsFull Time Requirements:
College, university or equivalenttechnical experience required
Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
0-2 years in a position/internshiprelating to your field of study preferred
