At our Marktheidenfeld side, we produce and develop SCR dosing systems to reduce nitrogen oxide in modern exhaust boxes. The development process is supported by numerical simulation in numerous engineering disciplines and at the same arranged time and cost-efficient. Your help is desired at the creation of a numerical model for the determination of the resonance frequencies of an existing dosing system.
Your tasks in detail:
Rework and improvement of an existing FE model to determine the resonance frequencies of a dosing unit.
Elaboration of simple tests to support the modeling process and its validation.
Evaluation of Laser-Doppler vibrometer tests.
Studies of mechanical engineering
First experiences in ANSYS Mechanical and/or ANSYS SpaceClaim (or similar tool) are desirable but not mandatory
Good knowledge in the field of machine dynamics
Structured work behavior and good physical understanding
Very good German and English language skills
