Chemical Systems Student


We are looking for a talented Chemical Systems Student to join our team specializing in fuel cell power systems technology for our # NewPower Business Unit in Mississauga, Ontario.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Hands-on process and procedure development of lab and pilot scale chemical and material fabrication processes for fuel cell and electrolysis systems.

  • Design and conduct tests for chemical and physical properties of materials (ex. rheology, morphology, adhesion testing).

  • Design and conduct tests to understand key parameters influencing product variability and quality.

  • Design and construct laboratory equipment to simulate various aging exposures relevant to practical applications of active chemical components, including thermal cycling, chemical poisoning, and physical masking.

  • Generate documentation including SOPs, data summaries, and team presentations
