Student – Manufacturing Engineer
We are looking for a talented (Student – Manufacturing Engineer) to join our team specializing in fuel cell power systems technology for our # NewPower Business Unit in Mississauga, Ontario.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Update parts catalog, mechanical and electrical parts
Create, modify and update Work Instructions and Assembly Instructions for the Engineering Department and Operations.
Work with Procurement and Production Scheduling to identify scheduling risks (Late part arrivals). Determine substitute parts.
Assist with the implementation of engineering changes on the production floor. Help to troubleshoot technical problems in the assembly process.
The role will be an onsite role
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Engineering student or Engineering Technologist or Database management with a mechanical aptitude.
Attention to detail.
Computer database skills and familiarity. Excel.
