Performs technical duties in a combination of work-based learning and academic instruction for a maximum of 19 hours per week. Serves as a pipeline for future Cummins career opportunities.
Supports an area through a combination of technical duties (which may include hands-on work), data management, project management, etc.
Learns to work in a team environment and the importance of working effectively with others.
Learns and develops problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Utilizes effective written and oral communication skills.
Performs duties in a diverse climate (e.g., diverse cultures, ideas, and methods).

Must be at least a junior in high school and 17 years of age.
Must be enrolled in an ICE (Interdisciplinary Cooperative Education) program if participating in School to Work program during school hours.
Must be recommended by school administration or current Cummins employee.
Must have a minimum of 2.0 Cumulative GPA.
Students are not allowed to work if absent from school.
Must carry a minimum of 12 credit hours during the fall and spring semesters.
Must have a minimum of 2.5 Cumulative GPA.
Must be able to work a minimum of 15 hours and a maximum of 19 hours per week.
Must be a US citizen.
Must be enrolled as a full-time student in a program that aligns with a School to Work opportunity and long-term career at Cummins.
Must pass online application and screening process.
