Description
Use FEA approach to provide information and advice to support product development and problem solving
运用有限元方法提供信息和建议以支持产品开发和问题解决
Works with cross-functional team and provides technical support for issues occur at supplier/plant/customer side
与跨职能团队协作为发生在供应商/工厂内部/客户端的问题提供技术支持
Investigates product and system problems, understands causal mechanisms, recommends appropriate action, owns problem resolution and documents results with guidance from more experienced team members

Qualifications
Familiar with FEA theory and related software (ANSYS prefer)
熟悉有限元分析理论和相关的软件（ANSYS 优先）
Understands Principles of Fatigue and Durability
了解疲劳和耐久性原理
Mechanical/material knowledge and basic data analysis capability
机械/材料知识及基本数据分析能力
Good communication skills
良好的沟通能力
Good spoken and written English
良好的英语口语和书写能力
